Yarn Sport weight Variegated Yarn - 10g each
Hook 3.5mm
Size 5 × 6 cm

Use lighter weight yarn for smaller eggs and vice versa.

* A * × B Repeat “A” for a number of B times
( 𝑥 ) Work all of “𝑥” in ONE stitch

Cut yarn and thread on a yarn needle. Weave through the front loops of the 6 stitches to tighten the opening. Hide yarn tail in the egg. And you are done!

Optional

Rounds 9-14 are technically building the height of the egg, if you are using solid colours, you can make use of these rounds to create some designs on your egg.
Using the chart above, make the following rounds:
"X" for the main colour; "Y" for the second colour.
